Remember the World of Warcraft server blades that were put up for auction last year?

The two thousand original WoW server blades have been sold for a collective sum of US$330,000. The money raised from the auction will go to St Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Kudos to the lucky and generous men and women who have not only done their bit for the less fortunate, but who also hold relics from the World of Warcraft.
