Still playing The Sims 3, are you? Of course you are. And that’s why EA has announced the upcoming release of yet another expansion pack: The Sims 3 Seasons.

Seasons will be the game’s eighth expansion pack, naturally requiring the base game to play. It will feature all four seasons and weather changes through the year in the game. Sims have new interactions like the ability to set off fireworks or make a splash from a diving board. They can also now attend seasonal festivals throughout the year like a dance in spring time, pie-eating contests and apple-bobbing.

Sims can get struck by lightning, get hypothermia, and get abducted by aliens. So, yes, this is essentially what the expansion pack of the same name was for The Sims 2. But for the first time in the series, Sims can also head out into the ocean for a dip under the summer sun.

Pre-order the expansion pack and Simmers can get the Ice Lounge in the Limited Edition. The Sims 3 Seasons will be available on November 13 for Windows PCs and Mac.
