Posted by Julian Yeo Sony has confirmed the upcoming Cross Buy feature for the PlayStation 3 and PS Vita for North American and European regions.
Well, Sony Computer Entertainment’s Shuhei Yoshida did, at least, on Twitter.
PS Vita-PS3 Cross Buy price promo is coming to both Europe and North America. My quote by Famitsu was meant as “not decided for Japan yet”.

The Cross Buy feature on the PS3 and PS Vita is basically what SteamPlay is to Windows and Mac OS X platforms. Purchase a compatible title once and you’ll have it playable in full on both platforms. Current games announced to be compatible are PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale, Sound Shapes, Motorcross RC and even indie title Retro City Rampage.
As quoted, the feature isn’t decided for Japan No word on whether this will come to PS Stores in Southeast Asia so we reached to SCEH for words. nor Southeast Asia at the moment.
