The Singapore E-Sports League (SEL) kicks off on Sept 1 & 2 at the Singapore Toy, Game, and Comic Convention (STGCC). Together with Namco Bandai, it will be hosting Tekken Tag Tournament 2 and Soul Calibur 5 competitions. Separately, the SEL will also heat up the STGCC showfloor with Super Street Fighter 4: Arcade Edition, FIFA 12, Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3, and Persona 4 Arena tournaments.

As STGCC is a ticketed event, both competitors and spectators alike will have to purchase entry to the venue.

Before you start crying foul, do note that the tournaments at STGCC do not have an entry fee. The practice of having participants purchase their own entrances has been in place since last year’s inaugural STGCC tournaments.

More tournament details for the competitions under the Singapore E-Sports League can be found here.

More information on how to purchase tickets for STGCC can be found here.
